Our linear guide rail factory was established in 2017, currently has 10 advanced guide rail production lines with a daily output of 5000 meters. 1. MG Micro linear guides Series Structure
The MG series micro linear guide adopts a steel ball column design with 2 columns of Gothic style circular arc grooves and a 45 ° contact angle and 4-point contact, which can be loaded in four directions.
Although the size is small, stable walking and rigidity are achieved under varying loads and composite loads with changes in direction and size.
2. Characteristics of MG series micro guide slider
a. Small and highly rigid four-way equal load type.
b. For the convenience of design, diversified specifications considering limited space and rated load are provided.
c. In order to prevent the steel ball from falling off, the slider is equipped with a steel wire steel ball holder, which facilitates the assembly of the slider and slide rail.
